Mission

The Maintenance Department will provide quality service to the entire campus facility to ensure that the building systems are current, adaptable and meet safety qualifications to ensure the health and safety of the Bellarmine Community.

Service Request

A Service Request must be submitted for review before a decision can be made as to whether the request will or can be completed. Calling in a request does not replace the need for a Service Request. All Service Requests must be received no later than 3 working days prior to the date the service is needed.

Submit A Service Request

Service Requests are submitted through our SchoolDude.com system below and should be submitted as soon as you schedule your meeting room and no later than 3 working days prior to the event. 

On Campus Services Include:

  • Electrical Work
  • HVAC - Heating and Cooling
  • Keys & Lock Changes
  • Maintenance Repairs
  • Painting
  • Plumbing
  • Remodeling Projects ( Must have Director of Facilities Management approval)
