Technology Support Center
The Technology Support Center is located on Level A of the W. L. Lyons Brown Library, and serves as the primary point of contact for any technology questions on campus for students, faculty, and staff.

The Technology Support Center is open for walk-in support during the times listed below.
Summer Hours (June 1 - August 19)
- Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
After-hours support is available through our partner, Louisville Geek, which provides limited phone support on behalf of the Technology Support Center. Calls placed to the Technology Support Center during non-business hours will be automatically forwarded to them. If Louisville Geek is unable to resolve your issue, a support ticket will be created, and a Bellarmine technician will contact you during the next business day.
Our office closes when the library closes early or for inclement weather. Please see the posted library hours for more information.

The TSC provides the following technology services to the Bellarmine Community:
- Support of University-owned computer hardware and software. This includes the resources in various computer labs and residence halls across campus.
- Computers, projectors and portable screens for use during on campus events. This service includes the scheduled set-up and removal of the equipment. Please see the Event Request link to submit a request.
- Basic troubleshooting and malware/virus scanning on personal computers owned by currently enrolled Bellarmine students, faculty, and staff.
- Creation of Bellarmine photo ID’s for students, faculty and staff.
The TSC does not: :
- Computer maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or installation of operating systems or other software on personally owned computers.
- How-to assistance or software tutoring.
