What is Wellness

Wellness is much more than physical health, exercise or nutrition. It is the full integration of states of physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Our wellness model aligns with the values of Bellarmine University and promotes a holistic approach to student well-being by integrating the Mind, Body, and Spirit.

We collaborate with various departments on campus including the Counseling Center, Health Services, and other Student Affairs units to provide awareness and education on wellness topics.
