March 16, 2022
Dear members of the Bellarmine community,
We are looking forward to celebrating graduates from our 2021-22 academic year on May 13 and 14 at Freedom Hall. Commencement is always an exciting time at Bellarmine, but celebrating the perseverance
required to complete a degree during a pandemic is even more remarkable. We are proud of our graduates and of all those who helped them reach this milestone. This year's commencement will take place with two ceremonies:
- Graduate and Doctoral
Students on Friday, May 13, at 7 p.m. (this includes a doctoral hooding ceremony)
- Undergraduate Students on Saturday, May 14, at 10 a.m.
No tickets will be required for guests, and there will be live broadcasts of both ceremonies
for anyone unable to attend in person. Doors will open one hour before the start of each ceremony, and we recommended that guests are seated at least 30 minutes before each ceremony. Each ceremony is expected to last around two hours.
For
more information, please visit our commencement website, which has detailed information for graduating students, their guests,
and faculty and staff who will participate in the procession.
We look forward to celebrating our newest graduates alongside the Bellarmine community in May.
Sincerely,
Susan M. Donovan, Ph.D.
