Sexual Discrimination and Misconduct
Bellarmine values the intrinsic dignity of each person and seeks to promote an educational environment that is free from (including Sexual Assault, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, and Stalking), Sexual Exploitation and Retaliation. When such instances occur, they impact not only on the individual but also on the greater community.
All employees (including full-time faculty, coaching staff, and Residence Life student staff) are considered mandatory reporters per University policy. This means that any disclosure of sexual discrimination, harassment or assault MUST be reported to the Title IX Office.
