The Common Data Set (CDS) is a product of the Common Data Set Initiative, which is a collaboration between publishers of higher education survey data (The College Board, U.S. News and World Report, and Peterson's) and the higher education community. The goal of the CDS Initiative is to "improve the quality and accuracy of information provided to all involved in a student's transition into higher education." Moreover, the CDS is designed to reduce the reporting burden on data providers by standardizing the types of data submitted to magazines and websites that create college and university rankings.
The Office of Institutional Research & Effectiveness collaborates across Bellarmine University's campus to complete each year's Common Data Set collection. Our most recent submission can be found below, followed by an archive of all previous submissions in reverse chronological order.
