The Princeton Review has once again recognized Bellarmine University as one of the nation's top colleges.

The 2015 edition of The Princeton Review's annual "Best Colleges" publication recognizes 379 distinguished institutions, representing only 15 percent of America’s 2,500 four-year colleges. The publication includes detailed profiles of the colleges, based on surveys of 130,000 students nationwide.

Here's what students who responded to the survey had to say about Bellarmine:

• "High-energy school completely focused on academics," with a faculty and staff that are "willing to go beyond the call of duty all in the name of your education."
• Professors "love their students" and "will do whatever it takes to help them succeed. Not only are they experts in their field, but they truly care about your learning and whether you are getting the most out of the class possible."
• "I can even wake up for my 8:00 a.m. classes because they are that interesting."
• "I chose Bellarmine because it has the atmosphere of an intimate school, but is in a city-like area" that "offers theaters, baseball and pretty much everything else you could want!"
• Among students, "nobody appears ashamed to be themselves by openly expressing their personality and views." International students in particular are "highly welcomed."
