The first day of final exams has arrived on Bellarmine University's campus, surely bringing some anxiety and sleep deprivation with it.
Bellarmine offers services to help students cope with the stress of final exams through recreation programs, health and wellness support, counseling, food, free massages, therapy dogs and more.
"Your wellness is important," said Dr. Helen-Grace Ryan, Bellarmine's Vice President for student affairs. "Get some exercise, make time for quality sleep, eat healthy, stay hydrated and get some fresh air. Know you can always ask for help. And if you
see a fellow Knight having a hard day, reach out and extend to them support and kindness, in the truest sense of Bellarmine hospitality."
