In its 2025 edition of Best Graduate Schools, U.S. News & World Report ranks Bellarmine’s DPT program 105th among the more than 325 such programs in the nation.
This distinction reflects the program’s continued success in preparing students to become highly skilled, compassionate professionals through a rigorous academic curriculum and meaningful, hands-on experiences.

Bellarmine’s DPT program emphasizes early and frequent clinical exposure, interprofessional education, and service-learning that connects students directly with the Louisville community. Students work alongside expert faculty and regional healthcare

The DPT program boasts an average two-year graduation rate of 97.3% and an ultimate pass rate of 97.9% for the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE), a crucial step for licensure as a physical therapist.
