As a minor in nutrition at Bellarmine, you will gain a foundation in healthy dieting and exercising and learn how it applies to various settings and is appropriate for many types of people. Through clinical application, you’ll explore nutrition’s role in the community, people’s life spans, athletic performance, obesity and disease management.
Upon graduating, you will be equipped with the tools needed to communicate effectively with, and coordinate activities with, dietitians and other nutrition professionals.
