Chelsea is originally from Possum Trot, Kentucky. She moved to Louisville in 2009 to attend the University of Louisville, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Art History and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration. Chelsea served as the Project Coordinator for a low-income scholarship program at the University of Louisville and spent some time in the nonprofit sector as the Community Engagement Manager for a local food bank before joining the Bellarmine team. As a first-generation student from a low-income background herself, Chelsea is passionate about education equity and creating student success initiatives to support underrepresented student populations.
In her free time, she enjoys baking, exploring local shops and restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her dog, Albert “Albie” Einstein.
