Dr. Joseph J. McGowan transformed Bellarmine. His “Vision 2020” was a bold plan to expand the Bellarmine Community – to help more students have the life-changing Bellarmine experience and to give them skills to have even greater impact in our world. Dr. McGowan believed we could grow the size and stature of our student body, faculty, facilities and endowment to become one of the most prestigious colleges in America. Thanks to the Bellarmine Community, Dr. McGowan was right!
Vision 2020 is nearly complete. The final piece of the Vision is a new campus center, called Bellarmine Centro. Centro includes a completely renovated Horrigan Hall and a new three-story construction that, when finished, will be named McGowan Hall.
