Student Research and Creativity
Bellarmine University’s students are actively involved in campus labs and studios and engaged throughout the regional community. Bellarmine is committed to providing all students with hands-on research and community engagement experiences and creative opportunities across the fine and performing arts.
Celebration of Academic Achievement
Each year, the University hosts a Celebration of Academic Achievement. Students are encouraged to share their efforts in the areas of independent academic research, collaborative work with faculty, community-based program delivery, and creative projects with the entire campus community. Internal Student Research Funding
Undergraduate students can request research support through a fund established by the Student Government Association (SGA). To request funding, students must submit a proposal based on the approved guidelines and template.
- To request funding, students must submit a SGA/OSP Undergraduate Research Proposal.
- A brief final narrative and financial report will be required at the end of the fiscal year (May 31) or when the available funds are spent. The narrative report should include use of grant funds, projects goals/outcomes, setbacks (if any), etc.
- The final report must be submitted via Student Research Award Reporting Form.
Graduate students can request research support through a fund established by the Provost Office. To request funding, students must submit a proposal based on the approved guidelines and template.
- To request funding, students must submit a Provost Graduate Student Research Proposal.
