Application Materials
Application materials vary by program. However, most graduate programs require the following:
- Completed online application at: Apply Now
- Recommendation form(s): You should ask someone who can speak to your ability to perform academically. Typically, these are written by a work supervisor, former professor or colleague.
- Official transcripts from each college or university attended mailed directly to: Bellarmine University, Office of Admissions, 2001 Newburg Road, Louisville, KY 40205
- GRE or GMAT score (if required by the program)
- International students must provide proof of English proficiency and a third-party course by course transcript evaluation.
- The Admissions Office and the individual program department reserve the right to request additional information or a personal interview. Please note admission to an individual department or school is determined by the department or school and not the Admissions Office. Fees, Tuition, and Financial Aid
There are no fees for applications submitted through Bellarmine's application portal. Application fees vary if the program requires an application through the Centralized Application Service.

Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
All graduate and second degree students are encouraged to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The Bellarmine school code is 001954. Tuition Reimbursement
If your employer has a tuition reimbursement policy, please contact them directly to see what is needed for the company/organization to assist with funding your advanced degree. Bellarmine University does have a tuition deferral plan and our Student Accounts Office will assist you with completing the necessary paperwork. Career Development
The Career Development Center connects students, alumni, employers and the community through jobs, internships and volunteer work. Services include personal assessment, career exploration, educational planning and leadership development. Bellarmine faculty and staff also help individuals pursue opportunities for experiential learning, professional employment, career advancement and transition. Career counseling, information and advice are available through individual meetings, group presentations, mentoring and networking activities, or by phone, email and Internet. Programs include workshops, résumé reviews, mock interviews and career fairs. Online resources provide career assessments and information; résumé, portfolio and interview preparation tools; employment opportunities; and more.
