About Bellarmine University
Just minutes from downtown Louisville, Ky., Bellarmine University is set on three hills in the artful and eclectic Highlands
neighborhood. Our lush, 175-acre campus comprises more than 50 buildings, including Bellarmine Centro, a three-story
structure connected by a soaring glass atrium to one of the university’s foundational buildings; the W.L. Lyons Brown
Library; Wilson Wyatt Center for the Arts (Edward L. McGrath Art Gallery, Amy Cralle Theater, Black Box Theater);
George G. Brown Center (Amelia Brown Frazier Convocation Hall, newly renovated and expanded University Dining Hall);
Knights Hall; and Our Lady of the Woods Chapel. Outdoor spaces include the expansive Maurice D.S. Johnson Quad and the
intimate Piazza Clayton. Our award-winning architecture evokes the beautiful Italian hill towns of Tuscany, birthplace of our
namesake and patron, Roberto Bellarmino.
Bellarmine organizations, students, faculty, staff, alumni, external groups and individuals are welcome to hold events
at Bellarmine.
Bellarmine is a tobacco-free campus; no smoking or tobacco products are allowed on the premises.
