The Office of Health Services is located on the 1st floor of Newman Hall, room 121. Our address is 2001 Newburg Road Louisville, Kentucky 40205. Please utilize the directions below to assist in reaching our office.
Directions to Health Services from Newburg Rd.
- Go up Bellarmine Blvd, through the arch to top of hill by flagpole.
- Bear to the right at Centro and follow the road around the building.
- At the 4-way stop, turn right onto Merton Ave.
- At the second road, turn right into the parking lot.
- There is a designated Patient Parking area; park in one of these spots.
- Go down the steps on the right. We are on the corner of Newman Hall; door is on your left.
Directions from Norris Place
- Enter on Bellarmine Blvd. and turn left immediately on Bellarmine Blvd.
- At the 4-way stop, turn left onto Merton Ave.
- At the second road, turn right into the parking lot.

Office Hours
The clinic front desk is generally open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday during the academic year. Hours are subject to change.
Appointment hours vary by semester. Most appointments with a Nurse Practitioner are 30 minutes, and patients much arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. Physical appointments are up to one hour.
Summer Hours
Summer hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to noon on Fridays. Nurse Practitioners are not available during the summer. During the summer, students who are residents of Kentucky and Indiana have access to free eCare visits 24/7. During the school year, all Bellarmine students have access to eCare. Inclement Weather
If classes are closed due to inclement weather, the clinic will be closed as well. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Holiday Hours
During holiday breaks the Nurse Practitioners will not be available and the clinic may be closed or have limited hours. Students may take advantage of 24/7 Norton eCare visits during the holiday breaks. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact the office at 502.272.8313 for availability.
Summer Information
- Nurse Practitioners are not available during the summer months. They leave after spring finals and return when the fall semester begins.
- The nurse is available during the summer months for allergy shots, immunizations, etc. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Fridays from 9 a.m. to noon.
- Students who are residents of Kentucky and Indiana also have access to Norton eCare Visits
After Hours
During the school year, all Bellarmine students have access to free eCare Visits 24/7 by visiting our Norton eCare Visits page. In the summer, eCare remains available to students who are Kentucky and Indiana residents. In addition to eCare, there are also several local medical providers on our Nearby Medical Facilities and Referrals page.
